What we process
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram or email, that platform processes the contact details and project content you choose to send. With your permission, the site may also process pages viewed, device type, source, UTM codes, channel clicks, key-section views and scroll depth.
Where it comes from
Information comes from the communication channel you choose and from essential technical or security records created while the site runs. An enquiry you never send does not become a customer record.
Why we process it
To understand your project, reply to enquiries, prepare a proposal, improve the site and, with your consent, measure service, content, advertising and conversion performance.
How project enquiries work
The site links directly to WhatsApp, Telegram and email. NicholasNetwork receives your information only after you actually send a message through an enabled channel.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
NicholasNetwork does not load third-party Analytics or Pixel tools without real configuration. When enabled, non-essential analytics and marketing tools load only after you allow them.
What never goes to Analytics
Names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, physical addresses and full message content are never sent as Analytics or Pixel event parameters. A channel click is not treated as a valid lead.
Third parties and cross-border processing
Communication, hosting, Google or Meta services that are actually enabled may process information outside Malaysia through their infrastructure.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed to handle enquiries, deliver projects, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations, with safeguards appropriate to the data.
Your choices and requests
You may reject non-essential tracking, reopen your choice, or use the same official channel to request access, correction, restriction, withdrawal or deletion.
