03Frequency of use → Device capabilities → Long-term connection

“I want to build an App.”Sure. Why?

An App earns its place when membership, notifications, bookings, orders, device capabilities or repeat use genuinely matter. If a website solves the problem, we will not recommend an App for appearances.

Why does this need
to live on the user’s phone?

First, rule out the cases that do not need an App. Development only makes sense when mobile creates lasting value. First determine the frequency of use, core actions, platform, backend, third-party services and notification requirements, and then decide which one is more reasonable: application, web system or website.

  1. 01

    The website is enough

If the goal is discovery, comparison and contact, a website may be enough.

  2. 02

    Web App/network system is enough

If users need a login and workflow but not phone-native features, a Web App may be enough.

  3. 03

    App is worth it

An App earns its place when membership, bookings, notifications, orders and repeat use are central.

  4. 04

    Platform ecology established

A platform makes sense when the backend, device features and multiple roles must stay connected.

If it is worth installing and keeping,
it may be worth building as an App.

A good fit

  • Users need long-term and frequent use
  • Membership, notification, appointment or order required
  • Requires camera, positioning or other device capabilities
  • Need to connect the backend and business processes at the same time
  • The product itself is a mobile service or platform

May not be a fit

  • I just want to put my corporate website into the app store
  • Users have no reason to reuse
  • A responsive website or Web System is enough
  • Core users and main actions have not been confirmed yet

First prove it needs to exist.
Then decide what it needs to do.

01

Platform planning

Confirm support for iOS, Android, or both, and what device capabilities are actually required.

02

Membership and Account

Plan login, membership status, profile and content seen by different users.

03

Appointments, orders and e-commerce

Design processes around core actions that users will complete over and over again.

04

Backend and interface

The application frontend, management backend and third-party services need to be planned together.

05

Expansion and maintenance

In the first phase, the core problems are solved first and reasonable expansion methods are reserved for subsequent functions.

The deeper the platform and integrations,
the greater the development scope.

02

Complex App / Full Backend / Multi-platform

Login, payments, maps, chat and complex interfaces affect scope.

Large App / Platform

First confirm the role, platform, data and first-stage goals.

Custom quote

The published prices and quote basis remain unchanged. The exact scope is documented when the project is confirmed.

From a reason to exist
to a focused first release.

  1. 01Verify why it must be an application
  2. 02Confirm platform, users and core processes
  3. 03Plan front-end, back-end and interface scope
  4. 04Design and develop dual-ended experiences
  5. 05Test, release and evaluate subsequent releases
Open case status

We do not pass off a website or system concept as a real App client project.

The original problem

There are currently no authorized application customer projects that can be publicly verified.

What we did

The page only explains the true service scope, price boundaries and judgment methods, and does not fabricate downloads, reviews or cooperative brands.

Delivery / public status

The first application project to be publicly authorized will clearly list the original problem, platform, scope of responsibility and actual delivery.

Without public evidence, it's clear there isn't; that's more credible than putting up a mockup of a phone that can't be verified.
If you made it this far, you’re probably not just browsing.Let’s talk about your project ↗︎

Before we start,
Clear answers first.

01Why does an App not have one fixed price?

Login, membership, payments, maps, chat, backend requirements and the number of platforms all change the workload. We need to confirm the features before quoting.

02Can an App support both iOS and Android?

It can support one platform or both. The quotation and development scope will state exactly which platforms are included.

03What if I do not know whether I need a website, system or App?

You do not need to make the technical call. Tell us where things are stuck, who uses the solution and what needs to change. Choosing the right tool is our job.

04How long will the project take?

Timing depends on the project type, confirmed scope, production or development complexity, content readiness, feedback speed and third-party requirements. The proposal will state an estimated timeline before work begins.

05Can I add features after development has started?

You can propose them. We first assess the impact on design, engineering, testing, cost and timing, then you decide whether to include them.

06Who pays for third-party platforms and integrations?

Unless the quotation says otherwise, the client covers third-party platform, integration, account and service fees. Any expected costs will be listed in the quotation.

07Can the software or App be expanded later?

Yes. We plan for sensible expansion from the start, then assess and build new features as later phases.

08Do you provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Depending on the project, this can include technical maintenance, fixes, feature updates, content changes, system optimisation, hosting support and future expansion. Scope, duration and fees follow the quotation or contract.

Answer “why” first.
Then decide whether to build it.

Tell us about the users, context and core action. We will first help decide whether the right answer is an App, system or website.
