Put the most important information in a time your audience is still willing to stay.
06First three seconds → Rhythm → Information → Action
01First three seconds timeline
Video is not a list of points played in order. Every second needs to give the viewer a reason to stay. First confirm the platform, duration, audience, main message and action, and then decide on materials, script, pacing, motion graphics and production methods.
The theme and mood begin immediately, without waiting for the credits to end.
The audience quickly determines whether this is what they want to see.
The beginning, rhythm and message all decide whether to stay or not.
Each paragraph advances according to the rhythm, so that the key point does not come too late.
In the end, it not only ends, but also tells the audience what can be done.
02Scope of work
Put the most important information in a time your audience is still willing to stay.
Arrange the picture around the product’s main value, usage scenarios, and next steps.
Use dynamics to help explain and emphasize, and don’t let effects take away the real message.
Select the appropriate production method based on the goals and review the graphics, pacing and usability.
Consider loading, looping, silent playback, mobile cropping and performance, not just a beautiful video.
03Pricing & scope
Confirm based on the length of the film, existing materials, shooting requirements and production complexity.
The published prices and quote basis remain unchanged. The exact scope is documented when the project is confirmed.
04Work & proof
Open case statusThere are currently no publicly authorized video customer cases showing the complete before-and-after process.
Only list the real available production scope and judgment methods, and do not make up the number of views, conversion rates or customer names.
The authorized case will describe the platform, goals, material conditions, NicholasNetwork scope of responsibility and final version.

Yes. We quote according to the video length, available assets, filming requirements and production complexity.
Yes. We first clarify the problem, then work out whether anything should be built, what is worth doing and what you do not actually need.
Timing depends on the project type, confirmed scope, production or development complexity, content readiness, feedback speed and third-party requirements. The proposal will state an estimated timeline before work begins.
NicholasNetwork does not invent a fixed payment split before the commercial terms are agreed. Payment stages are confirmed according to the project size, scope and formal quotation.
The proposal will define the revision stages and scope. If a new request falls outside the agreed scope, we explain its impact on cost and timing before proceeding.
A business goal, target audience, budget range, preferred start date, existing logo, copy, images and references are all useful. If some of that is not ready, we can still start the conversation.
