02Process → Permissions → Data → Automation

Excel is still open.WhatsApp is still open.

If the team is still asking, “Who is handling this customer?”, you may not need more people. You may need a system built around the way the business actually runs.

Chaos does not disappear.
It gets passed to the next person.

Software is not valuable because it adds another dashboard. It is valuable when scattered people, data and actions become one working process. First understand how the company works now, and then decide which aspects are worth unifying, automating and tracking. The system should adapt to the business, not force the business to adapt to the tool.

  1. chaos

    Data is scattered

Tables, chats and personal memories each retain a portion.

  2. Take apart

    Make the workflow clear

Be clear first about who handles each step and when.

  3. automatic

    catch repetition

Let the system handle repeated entry, reminders and admin.

  4. Permissions

    Let responsibilities have boundaries

Give each role access to only what it needs.

  5. data

    Connect key data

Connect customers, orders, the backend and integrations.

  6. run

The system begins to take shape

Stop running the operation on follow-ups and memory.

From a real workflow
to a working system.

  1. 01Dismantle existing business processes
  2. 02Confirm users, roles, permissions and data
  3. 03Delineate the core functions of the first phase
  4. 04Design interface and develop system
  5. 05Test, go live, and evaluate subsequent expansions

Not more features.
A business that runs with order.

01

Customer and backend management

Centralize customer data, follow-up status and internal operations into clear workflows.

02

Orders and Inventory

Connect order, inventory, status and operational records based on actual business rules.

03

Data dashboard

Let the person who needs to make a judgment see the status that really matters first, rather than rummaging through multiple forms.

04

Automation

Reduce duplicate entries, manual notifications and easily missed daily steps.

05

Interface connection

Evaluate how data should be exchanged between existing tools, third-party platforms, and new systems.

Complexity defines the scope.
We map the rules before we quote.

01

Customized Software/Web System

Quote based on functionality, process, permissions, data and development complexity.

For multiple roles, multiple system connections or large platforms, complete the needs assessment first.

When do you need a system?
When are existing tools enough?

A good fit

  • Data is scattered across multiple forms and chat logs
  • The same process is repeated every day
  • Requires different roles, permissions and statuses
  • Requires customer portal, management backend or data dashboard
  • Off-the-shelf tools fail to match key business rules

May not be a fit

  • A mature off-the-shelf tool can already solve the problem
  • No one can explain the business process clearly yet
  • I just want to do all the functions at once without clear priorities.
Concept Study

NEXUS Digital System

The original problem

Complex data and business status are scattered, and users need to spend time looking for truly important information.

What we did

Reorganize information priorities, operation paths and system feedback to make key actions clearer.

What we handled
  • Product structure
  • Interface design
  • Data dashboard
  • Process prototype
Delivery / public status

Data dashboard, task process and system interface concept prototype.

This was a clearly labeled concept study and no fake customers, fake growth numbers, or fake partner brands were used.
If you made it this far, you’re probably not just browsing.Let’s talk about your project ↗︎

Before we start,
Clear answers first.

01Why does software start at RM10,000?

Software is not just a set of screens. It combines business workflows, permissions, data, automation, testing and future expansion. Pricing depends on the real functionality and complexity.

02What if I do not know whether I need a website, system or App?

You do not need to make the technical call. Tell us where things are stuck, who uses the solution and what needs to change. Choosing the right tool is our job.

03How long will the project take?

Timing depends on the project type, confirmed scope, production or development complexity, content readiness, feedback speed and third-party requirements. The proposal will state an estimated timeline before work begins.

04How does payment work?

NicholasNetwork will not commit to a fixed payment ratio without confirming the business rules. The specific payment method will be confirmed based on the project scale, development scope and formal quotation plan.

05Can I add features after development has started?

You can propose them. We first assess the impact on design, engineering, testing, cost and timing, then you decide whether to include them.

06Will added features cost extra?

Features already within the agreed scope follow the original proposal. New features or scope changes may cost extra, but we explain that first and proceed only after approval.

07Who pays for third-party platforms and integrations?

Unless the quotation says otherwise, the client covers third-party platform, integration, account and service fees. Any expected costs will be listed in the quotation.

08Can the software or App be expanded later?

Yes. We plan for sensible expansion from the start, then assess and build new features as later phases.
