You have a website.Where are the customers?

Looking good is the minimum. A useful website helps people understand you, trust you, remember you—and get in touch.

People are not merely browsing.
They are deciding whether to trust you.

A useful website carries people from their first impression to a clear next action. First look at who the customer is, why they came in, what they saw first, why they continue to look, why they believe you, and finally why they contact you.

  1. first sight

    See the point

First, show people they are in the right place.

  2. understand

    understand what you do

Make the service, audience and value obvious.

  3. trust

    Find credible evidence

Explain the price, process and real proof clearly.

  4. memory

    Leave a brand impression

Build something no one could mistake for a logo-swapped template.

  5. action

    know how to contact

Make the next step clear. Do not let every button fight for attention.

RM999 or custom?
Start with what you actually need.

01

Ready-made Website

Mature structure for branding production; domain name included, server fees are additional.

RM999
02

Custom Website

Replan the structure, visuals, content hierarchy, interaction and dual-end experience.

From RM3,000
03

Hosting

Special traffic, features and third-party services are evaluated separately.

From RM100 / month

The published prices and quote basis remain unchanged. The exact scope is documented when the project is confirmed.

Before customers see it,
Let’s make the structure clear first.

01

information structure

First sort the content that customers really need to understand, rather than cramming all the information onto the home page at the same time.

02

brand vision

Let colors, fonts, images and interactions work together to express the brand, rather than just enlarging the brand logo.

03

PC version experience

Arrange content according to large-screen reading, mouse operations and visual rhythm, so that the page is not left with only a long list.

04

Mobile version experience

Reworked title wrapping, touch, content density, image cropping and safe areas.

05

Search and go online

Make core content live in semantic HTML and handle basic SEO, domain names, SSL and deployment.

04Website design work

Not one template,
with a different logo.

Every website is redesigned around its industry, audience, brand character and commercial goal. Start with the selection, then explore the full library.

Internal Project

NicholasNetwork official website

The original problem

NicholasNetwork offers six services. Simply placing all of them on a page made it harder for clients to understand what we do—or where to begin.

What we did

We reworked the positioning, six-service structure, pricing, project content and enquiry path, then designed dedicated desktop and mobile experiences.

What we handled
  • Brand positioning
  • Six major business structures
  • Price and consultation route
  • Computer version design
  • Mobile version design
  • Front-end development
Delivery / public status

We turned a company introduction into a digital front door that explains the offer, qualifies needs, builds trust and moves people towards an enquiry.

This is an internal project that has been officially launched and can be directly verified; there are no fictitious customer reviews or sales data.
If you made it this far, you’re probably not just browsing.Let’s talk about your project ↗︎

Know what a website can solve—
and what it cannot.

A good fit

  • Just started a business and need a professional website entrance
  • SMEs and personal brands
  • Requires corporate official website or high-end landing page
  • Want to redesign your existing website
  • Requires special visual, interactive or business connections

May not be a fit

  • Requires complex business backend, database or multi-person permission system
  • The real need is long-term membership or mobile services
  • Just want to pile up the effects, but don’t want to organize the content and goals

Before we start,
Clear answers first.

01What is the difference between the RM999 and RM3,000 website options?

RM999 uses a proven structure tailored to your brand, keeping delivery efficient, professional and budget-conscious. From RM3,000, we plan the structure, visual direction, content hierarchy, interactions, desktop experience and mobile experience from the ground up. One is not universally better; the right choice depends on what you need now.

02How can a website cost RM999?

Because it is not a fully custom build from zero. NicholasNetwork starts with a proven structure, then adapts it to your brand, content and core requirements. That removes much of the planning and development cost. Affordable does not mean careless.

03Will the RM999 website look like a template?

It uses a proven structure, but we do not simply swap in a logo and call it done. Colours, copy, imagery and presentation are adapted to the project. If you need a completely original structure, advanced interactions or special functionality, the custom option from RM3,000 is the better fit.

04Does the website include a domain?

Yes, it includes a suitable domain. We will confirm any premium, special or additional domain cost before purchase.

05What does hosting from RM100 per month include?

Hosting is configured around the site’s actual resource needs. The formal proposal will state what is included, along with resource limits, backups, maintenance and any other service scope.

06Will the website work properly on mobile?

Yes. Ready-made websites include mobile adaptation. Custom websites receive separately considered desktop and mobile structures and experiences.

07Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We first assess the current site, then decide whether to keep the underlying system and redesign it, improve the content and conversion path, or rebuild it.

08Who owns the domain?

The client owns it. Domain ownership and management are made clear at the start. We do not use a domain to lock a client in.
